Getting here
The chalet is in Superbolquère, in the commune of Bolquère, between Font-Romeu and Mont-Louis, in the heart of the Cerdanya.
Allow about 1 hr 30 from Perpignan via the N116, following the Têt valley up to Mont-Louis. From Toulouse, about 2 hr 30 via Foix, Ax-les-Thermes and the Puymorens pass. From Barcelona, about 2 hr through the Spanish Cerdanya. Parking is free in front of the chalet, and in winter, bring snow gear.
The TGV to Perpignan, then the regional train to Villefranche-de-Conflent, and finally the famous Yellow Train to Bolquère-Eyne station, the highest in France at 1,593 metres, a few minutes from the chalet.
The nearest airports are Perpignan (1 hr 30), Carcassonne (2 hr), Toulouse (2 hr 30), Barcelona and Girona (about 2 hr). Plan on a rental car for the last leg.
